Casselberry sits between SR 436 and US 17-92 in south Seminole County, with dozens of small lakes and neighborhoods of mostly 1950s to 1980s ranch homes. Lake Concord Park anchors the city center, and the city-owned Casselberry Golf Club is a local favorite.

What to Know Before You Buy in Casselberry

Check sewer versus septic. Some older Casselberry homes are still on septic. Confirm the utilities before you offer, and budget for a septic inspection if the home has one.

Get insurance quotes early. Older homes usually need a four-point inspection and a wind mitigation report, and roof age can decide what coverage costs.
